The breakfast food of gods! 🥔
🔸3 medium potatoes
🔸1 large carrot
🔸1/2 onion or 1 small onion
🔸Tablespoon dried herbs like parsley
🔸Tsp garlic powder
🔸Salt & pepper
Wash and grate all veggies into a clean tea towel. Squeeze all water out by twisting the towel around as much as you can.
Put into a bowl, add herbs, garlic, salt & pepper to taste.
Shape rostis by hand into a burger shape.
Heat 2 tbsp oil of choice and then fry until golden (4 minutes each side).
Put on baking tray and bake for 5/10 minutes until hot all the way through.
You can use other veggies in this like courgette, squash, swede etc.
Plonk it on your breakfast, make them into a sandwich or just put it in your face 😋
